In her talk, Daniela will share her own career journey, present practical examples of women in leadership, and offer practical advice for women at the beginning of their careers, including key dos and don’ts for navigating male-dominated work environments.
The series is jointly organized by the Equal Opportunities Office of Chemnitz University of Technology, HYP*MOLE (Chemnitz University of Technology and Leipzig University), and AgriPoly II (Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg), and funded by the DFG Research Group 5242.
