Dr. Johanna Ludwig is a surgeon, healthcare innovator, and Head of the Healthcare Delivery Unit at gematik She combines clinical expertise with digital innovation to shape the future of patient-centered healthcare in Germany. In her talk, she will talk about women’s empowerment and new l eadership and how women are gaining visibility in traditional systems, setting new standards, and redefining their careers.
