Online Workshop: Career Paths Beyond Research

The workshop, kindly organized by Prof. Sven-Erik Behrens, will be given by Emilie Kärcher, a biochemist working at Atrineo AG, a consulting company specializing in market analyses, innovation, and knowledge and technology transfer.

Many students and early-career researchers in the life and natural sciences consider an academic research career to be the default or only option after their studies. However, there are numerous exciting career opportunities outside universities and research institutes. In this workshop, Emilie will provide insights into a range of professional paths available to Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD graduates beyond academic research.

The workshop is open to all interested students, doctoral researchers, postdocs, and staff members.
